Refunds

Unfortunately, all purchases of Cerego Courseware are non-refundable.

 

You may terminate your subscription to Cerego Plus subscription at any time and will not be obligated to pay any additional fees for upcoming subscription renewal periods.

 

Any subscription fees paid in advance will not be refunded.  

 

Cerego Pro subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with the specific terms of the applicable License and Hosting agreement. 

 

Duplicate Charge

If you have been charged twice, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. We request you provide the email address associated at the time of payment.
